Chocolate Box Burlesque

"Chocolate Box Burlesque" was established in 2024 by two performers of the black community, It's Like Candy and Uncle Nik.  Both coproducers belonging to vibrant performance communities spanning from Seattle, Washington to Tucson, AZ ; have come together to create the First All Black Burlesque Production in Arizona.

Chocolate Box Burlesque is Arizona's FIRST and ONLY ALL BLACK BURLESQUE PRODUCTION. Manifested to create a safe space for black burlesque performers to showcase their art, find community, and fellowship within the various genres of the art form that is burlesque. We believe in  supporting black lead arts, while  entertaining the local Tucson community ensuring that the contribution and legacy that is BLACK BURLESQUE continues to garner acknowledgement and thrive.
