Tattoo artist by day, creature of the underworld by night, Victoria Vermouth (they/them) is known as the Capital's Painted Pin-Up! Victoria is a queer and trans burlesque artist and the owner of In Bloom Tattoo Collective in Ottawa, Canada. This classic cocktail on the rocks is a prolific producer Vermouth & Sane Productions, as well as with "How Queer!" co-produced with Oliver Easy in collaboration with Ottawa Fringe Festival and Capital Pride. They have brought their signature blend of high classic glam with an edge to stages all across the continent. They were the headliner of both "ThemFatale" and “Tattoo Burlesque” at the prestigious Wiggle Room in Montreal, Canada's only dedicated burlesque venue.
