Rhapsody Blue

Rhapsody Blue is a traveling showgirl, circus performer, playwright and choreographer. Rhapsody has taught and performed at events and festivals from Edmonton to New Orleans. Her original theater fusion works have been featured on stages around the country, and in the Toronto Festival of Original Theatre. Currently based in Kingston, Rhapsody previously served as Director of Production and President of the Ottawa Burlesque Festival. Rhapsody loves burlesque because it embraces the creative and explorative powers of movement that exist in all bodies. A florist by day, Rhapsody currently teaches at The Rouge Studio of Dance in Kingston and serves as Artistic Director of Limestone City Burlesque. Fresh off a run acting in Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors, Rhapsody is passionate about bringing the soul-affirming magic of movement to audiences from all walks of life!
