Porcelain Doll

Porcelain Doll is the perfect former Miss Pinup International edition Doll you bought from that tremendous little vintage boutique. At first glance, she is purity personified, sitting in the corner, the complacent representation of all "good" girls doing as she is told. Only what she is permitted. Only speaking when spoken to, her face a beautiful mask of perfect Porcelain.

You look closer and notice her eyes and the stories they can tell. The depth and emotion contained within make you uncomfortable, and you shake off your instinct to consider this Doll a living, breathing human being.

You play with her, as usual, removing her clothes and dressing her up in the outfits you choose, maneuvering her into all kinds of scenes and positions, and all the while, she smiles.

She's such an obedient little dolly.

At first, you convince yourself you are mistaken about those objects that moved around your house overnight. You tell yourself her expression couldn't have changed, and you imagine that that obedient, gentle smile has slowly warped into a sinister smirk.

And what is that sound?
