The Nocturnal Knockout!

Morwen was hooked on the sparkle life from the moment she saw her first show about 15 years ago in the upstairs attic of Bongo Java on Belmont and she’s been intermittently chasing her burlesque dreams ever since. She did several rounds of classes at Delinquent Debutantes, and some workshops with Michelle L’Amour, but never got around to Grinduating and performing. Finally, this spring she enrolled in Kim Bustible’s Show Your Unique Self series to develop her debut act and recently performed with her fellow Bustible Babes at House of Bits. She’s also done kittening for Burlesk at Sid Gold’s and No Restraints at The Mark. Morwen uses burlesque as one of the ways she connects with her body and as an expression of her creative drive as an artist.
