As a headlining burlesque icon Miss AuroraBoobRealis lights up the night stage with her unique mixture of raw and earthy, wild and fearless burlesque! Nineteen years into this burlesque journey she is an award winning force in the burlesque world. Aurora brings her passion, vast knowledge and unique perspective to her multiple roles of performer, teacher and administrator. She is currently the Executive Director of BurlyCon the world's only Burlesque Education Convention that takes place in Seattle the first weekend of November. She teaches at the New York School of Burlesque; and is a co-founder/co-producer of Boombox Burlesque: A Hip Hop Burlesque Festival, co-founder of brASS: Brown RadicalAss Burlesque, and back in 2007, Brown Girls Burlesque.
