Lefty Lucy

LEFTY LUCY started performing burlesque in NYC in 2009 as a kitten for the World Famous Pontani Sisters shows, studying and teaching at Jo Weldon's NYSB, and obsessing over anything nerdy or Coney Island. Eventually winning the title of Miss Coney Island 2011, she was also an original member of Epic Win Burlesque and the executive producer of the International Nerdlesque Festival through 2020, when she handed over the reigns to producer Maki Roll.

In the last 5 years, she has combined her love for theater and burlesque by writing, producing, and starring in two burlesque plays —

"A Peep Show Named Desire" and "Bananas Burlesque" — staged by both the Provincetown and New Orleans Tennessee Williams Festivals. Lefty is best known in New Orleans as the creator and host of her saucy & original one-woman game show since 2017: Lefty Lucy's Burlesque Bingo — voted among the top 5 burlesque shows in NOLA by Flame Magazine.
