Jungle Kat

Jungle Kat is here to claw her way into your heart. Her wild and whimsical Neo Burlesque confections run the gamut, from recreating 80s Video Vixens by way of 00s Pop Princesses, to indulging weird theatre kid allusions, to playing pure camp and comedy. Welcome to her imagination.

An instructor at the Vancouver Burlesque Company, she loves to facilitate people’s relationships with their own bodies and fitness in an atmosphere of play. In 2023, she competed in Las Vegas at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend in both the Best Small Group and Best Large Group categories, taking home the Large Group win with The Pin-Up Posse. She was published in Playboy South Africa, Denmark, and New Zealand in 2021. She has also performed at Shambhala, Bass Coast, and Lightning in a Bottle. Her eyes glued on the horizon, this hungry kitten incessantly seeks every interesting opportunity she can get her claws on and sink her teeth into.

Past projects include co-founding and co-producing Lost Girls Burlesque, and performing regularly with Screaming Chicken Theatrical Society, with whom she competed to win Best Group in 2016 at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend in Las Vegas.
