Joona Bae is a performer, traveler, and lover from Chicago, IL who is adding a much-needed spoonful of gochujang to the burlesque world by sharing their sensuous, seductive, and one-of-a-kind art with audiences all over the country.  You may recognize them from appearances at the one of his six festival appearances all over the midwest.  They are a master of moving on stage with a level of intention that makes it impossible to look away as well as entangling themself in the audience’s fantasies by engaging sincerely and honestly with each person who sees them operate on stage.  Joona’s appreciation for their Korean cultural heritage, and their experience as a beautiful bigender individual gives them a refreshing and unique perspective on the sensual arts.
