Joans Wett

Joans Wett, from Oklahoma City, got her start in the burlesque world 5 years ago in Oklahoma City. From smokey dives to well lit stages, she’s done guest spots in multiple variety shows & loves to clown around. In January of 2024, she began producing a new Oklahoma City queer revue, QUEER-RIETY, showcasing resurrected drag monsters, comedians, burlesque babes, poi artists & so much more. Her Tulsa debut was at none other than Jade’s 2024 Clown Takeover, which eventually lead to her becoming a full time TULSA RESIDENT!

BUT she didn’t just get her start as a performance artist 5 years ago! Growing up in a world of beauty pageants, choir, ballet, and a 16 year cellist, she’s always found herself returning to the stage & the community it continues to offer.

Goodie bakin by day & booty shakin by night, she encourages you to come for the t!ts & stay for the blasphemy. When she graces the stage with her bloody clown persona, she’s not the only one getting Wett. You can often times catch Joans using her creative outlets to help spread important messages & continue the importance of protest.
