Darling Dena

After a lifetime of loving the art of burlesque, at age 51, I took the leap in 2022 with my first class at the Burlesque Hall of Fame. I was hooked! Not only was it fun, it was the most empowering thing I have ever done.

Now burlesque is helping me heal from the most physically challenging period of my life. In 2017, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and that summer survived two separate brain surgeries. Burlesque has become my refuge. It's the place I'm most alive!
