Hi, I'm Charlotte "The Harlot" Chartreuse. My burlesque journey started over ten years ago when I took a burlesque class and created my very first act, a story about a suppressed housewife discovering her confidence. Since then, I've fallen in love with the art of burlesque and the power it has to help people embrace themselves unapologetically. I am inspired by vintage glamour, rhinestones, feathers, and the timeless art of the tease. Whether I'm performing with fans or sparkling under the stage lights, my goal is always the same: to create a moment where the audience feels both seduced and empowered. I want people to look at the stage and see a little bit of themselves in the performer staring back at them. When I'm not performing, I'm helping grow Windsor's burlesque community as a producer with CharNoir Productions. I believe burlesque is for everybody and every body, and I'm passionate about creating spaces where people can celebrate confidence, creativity, and self-expression.
