1st Annual BRAG Festival in El Paso, Texas! Applications are open to PERFORM or to EMCEE or BOTH.
Applications open April 1st and will close at midnight May 31st.
Applications are now OPEN for the 1st annual Something to BRAG About! Drag & Burlesque Festival. The dates for 2024 are Friday, September 27th (Opening night performance), Saturday early evening show and Saturday late-night risque acts performance (midnight start), & Sunday late brunch performance at Touch Bar & Nightclub in El Paso, Texas!
The festival is presented by Touch Bar & Nightclub and Burlesque on the Rio which aims to celebrate all performances drag, burlesque, cabaret and vaudeville. We endeavor to have a truly supportive community amongst the local performers as well performers nationally and internationally.
This will be a great weekend to connect with performers and to showcase your skills for the first ever collaborative Drag AND Burlesque combination festival!
We’re looking for a phenomenal mix of solos and ensembles to fill each showcase.
Application deadline is May 31st, 2024.
*$50 stipend per number, not per individual performer.

Aerial acts and fire acts are not currently being accepted due to venue limitations.
