Arkansas Burlesque Academy

The Arkansas Burlesque Academy is a performance-based learning space dedicated to the art of burlesque as storytelling, self-expression, and liberation. Through movement, striptease, stagecraft, and creative exploration, the Academy supports students of all experience levels in reclaiming their bodies as sites of power, pleasure, and art.

We’re here to teach burlesque with intention and to honor the lineage, celebrate individuality, and create room for people who’ve been told their bodies or stories don’t belong onstage. The Arkansas Burlesque Academy exists to nurture confidence, craft, and community, empowering performers to show up boldly, beautifully, and unapologetically; onstage and beyond.
